NOT FOR INFANTS
Pumpkin seeds are not good for the infants. It can initiate stomach pain, cramps, diarrhoea, vomiting to the infants. These seeds contain iron, protein, fibre and fatty acids. Fibre and fatty acids are not good for infant’s health. It can also affect the bowel systems of the infants.

RISKY FOR LOW BLOOD PRESSURE
These nutrients seeds have antioxidants that are usually lower the blood pressure level. If you are suffering in hypertension then you can eat this seed. Actually pumpkin seeds are healthy snacks. However if you are already suffering from low blood pressure you have to avoid these seeds.
